Easy to swallow. Hard to say whether it is truly effective but I am in my mid-forties and have almost no wrinkles. I do believe that my skin condition visibly improved after taking these supplements for about three months. Most people think I am in my late thirties.

Nails of steel
I’ve not been taking these very long, 5-6 weeks so too early to say if my fine lines and wrinkles are becoming less noticeable but my nails are rock solid, although I chose them to tackle the fine lines and wrinkles I’m happy I’ve actually found something that has helped my nails to grow. I would often get acrylics to cover my weak nails and ended up with them in a worse condition so thumbs up for the nails of steel.
